Refund Policy*

I understand that performance fees are non-refundable. If you reverse your submission before the registration period closes, we can apply a credit to your account. If you opt out of the show after 11/18/25 @ 5:00pm you forfeit your performance fee. No credits will be issued after 11/18/25 @ 5:00pm

Costume Requirements*

I have read, understand, and agree to the costume requirements for this performance. I am aware that I need to plan, prepare and purchase some of my own costume items for my performer.

Attendance Policy*

I understand that attendance leading up to the performance is important. Missing an excessive number of classes or dropping from the program during the final 6 weeks before the show day will lead to being dropped from the performance without a refund.

Must Remain Enrolled*

I understand that I must be enrolled in weekly classes to attend the performance.

Payment required by deadline to hold spot*

I understand that payment of the fees guarantees my spot in the performance. If payment is not received by the deadline Small Fry Dance Club will not hold your spot for you.

Keep account current*

We reserve the right to withdrawal your child from the show should you carry outstanding tuition payments on your account. All billing must be current to add further commitment, fees, and performance privilege.

Extra tickets*

Extra tickets are non-refundable.

Confirming your spot*

Telling your weekly dance teacher that you would like to sign up for the show is not a sufficient form of registration. Filling out the performance participation form and paying the performance fee are the required steps for signing up for the show.

Release of liability*

I hereby agree to hold Small Fry Dance Club LLC, and individual members thereof, all officers, agents, and employees free and harmless from any injury, loss, damage, liability, death, cost or expense that may arise during and related in any way by the use of the facility or participation in dance classes or performances. I (or my dancer) have been cleared to participate in dance or any other related physical activity by a licensed physician. I agree I will be responsible for any damages sustained to the facility that are caused by me. I understand that any photos or videos taken during classes, workshops, camps, performances, master classes, or any other events held in the facility may be used anonymously for marketing purposes.
